Backing U! and LITE both OUT!

Readers of both these books are invited to write to the author at vaughan@youbackedu.com, letting him know how the advice has helped them in their career development or career switch.  Two dozen or so of these responses will be researched and the main learning points set out in a third book, You Backed U!, scheduled for publication in 2011.
